Position: Arrears Executive (Collections Advisor)
Salary: up to £21,000 pa
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm (with occasional Saturdays)
Contract: Permanent

The successful arrears executive / collections advisor will be responsible for the following:
- Speaking with customers who have fallen behind on their payments through both inbound and outbound calling
- Understanding customer’s personal circumstances and recognising vulnerable customers
- Assessing customers financial situation and assisting them in coming to a solution in order to repay outstanding debt
- Ensuring excellent customer service, whilst overcoming objections
- Liaising with other departments
