Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Central Cardiff (Although currently working from home)
Salary: £18,500 pa pro-rata for a 3 month fixed term contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Start Date: Immediate starts available
Contract: 3 month fixed term contract (with possible opportunity of permanent)

The job of Customer Service Administrator will involve the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and first-class customer service
- Inputting high volumes of numerical data, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Maintain and develop the personnel electronic filing system
- Submit and manage credit line requests
- Undertake other duties as directed by line managers commensurate with the post
