This organisation's HR Manager is starting to think about hanging up their boots in the next couple of years.
Could you be next in line?
If you're a confident and capable HR Advisor looking for a busy and varied role, where you will receive fast-tracked development to step up to the plate, then let's talk!
I'm working with a well-established and highly successful organisation in Carmarthen, who are looking to invest in a permanent, qualified HR Advisor, who will play a pivotal role in driving their business forward through their people strategy.
If you're looking for a truly varied position, where you get to roll your sleeves up and dive into some exciting projects with Senior Managers, then this is the place for you.
Working directly with the HR Manager, you will be responsible (together) for providing a comprehensive HR service to over 1000 people across a number of sites in the UK - there may even be times where you'll get to visit these places and meet new people! Pretty cool, eh!?
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM, but don't be fooled, there is no 'typical day' in the office.
One day, you might be running large-scale recruitment campaigns, the next you might be dealing with disciplinary and grievances, or reviewing / developing policies and procedures.
But this is the beauty of the role - you will never be bored because no two days will be the same!
If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified (or have min. 4 years' experience), eager to throw yourself into really learning and developing your current skill set, and love working in an environment where 'what you see is what you get', than please APPLY NOW.
We are starting first stage interviews next week (w/c 22nd Feb).
There will be a 2-stage interview process - 1st stage w/c 22nd Feb with the HR Manager, followed by a 2nd stage w/c 29th Feb with the Directors.
If you have any questions about this position or know someone that may be suitable, please feel free to call Leah Grigoris at Jomo HR on 02922 527874.
