Position:              Insurance Account Handler (Personal Lines)

Location:             North Cardiff (CF14)

Salary:                  £18,000 pa - £20,500 pa (negotiable though, depending on experience)

Hours:                  Full time, 37.5 hours per week between 9am and 5.30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Contract:             Permanent

• Service existing customer accounts to ensure retention of business
• Deliver against personal and team targets
• Promote cross sales opportunities through building excellent relationships with your clients
• Provide motor insurance and home insurance quotations
• Provide professional customer service
• Account administration
