Here’s what a typical day will be like….
As someone who knows what it’s like to work in an outbound telesales executive role, it won’t be a surprise that you’ll spend all day on the phone! You’ll be given a database of leads and proactively call customers who have already bought a product and be responsible for converting that lead into an ongoing customer commitment.
Obviously they’ll be plenty of day to day challenges – not everyone will answer the phone, and some people, (despite having recently ordered from the company), won’t know who you are, so you’ll have to overcome that too - so you’ll need to be resilient! But for a seasoned telesales executive, this will be a walk in the park as you’ll get lots of hot leads so the more calls you make, the more chance you’ll have to make bonus.
Bonus is paid a month in arrears by the way, so after a week’s product and systems training, you’ll be on the phones, so should be earning bonus by the end of your second month! The product is a super interesting one, and you’ll always be learning and developing your skills and knowledge.

Just so you know, you’ll work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, plus every other Saturday morning, to make sure team target is achieved. But hard work will definitely be rewarded by the monthly bonus and team incentives! The office is based near Llantrisant and can be a bit tricky to get to if you don’t drive or live nearby. The train station is a good 30 minute walk away on the Rhondda line. However there is plenty of onsite parking and the bus stop is 10 minutes walk away.
